Join us for a meditation, sound healing, and cacao ceremony by the ocean. You’ll calm your nervous system and bring your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony.
Join two facilitators Hannah Holladay and Amy Grill for an in person guided journey by the water. We will be facilitating breathwork, a guided meditation, cacao ceremony, and a silent disco dance + movement flow.
We will meet at 4pm PST. Exact location and details will be emailed before we gather.
