One on One Energy Healing
– A 45 min energy healing session that includes reiki, quantum healing, and subconscious reprogramming. These sessions will cleanse your energy field or aura of stagnant and dense energy and bring you back into balance. This session is focused primarily on energy healing.Â

One on One Coaching & Intuitive Guidance
– A one hour intuitive coaching and guidance call where we work through energetic blockages you may be facing. These sessions are focused on energy coaching and I support you in creating grounded action steps to create positive changes in your life. I connect with your higher self to support you in gaining clarity, balance, and alignment.

Quantum Healing, Channeling, & Coaching Session

A one on one quantum healing, channeling, and coaching session where I connect with your higher self and spirit guides and channel energy to support you in clearing energetic blocks and become more in alignment with your higher self. I walk you through a guided hypnosis meditation as I facilitate energy healing to support you. These sessions are fluid and unique to the individual and include energy healing, quantum healing, reiki, subconscious reprogramming, and channeled messages from your spirit team. You can ask questions on topics that you are looking to gain more clarity around. These sessions are recorded for you to continue to listen to on your own. Sessions typically run for an hour and thirty minutes.

Recorded Custom Meditation Journey
– A personalized guided meditation journey. This includes subconscious reprogramming, energy healing, and sound healing which is primarily singing bowls. (*If sound healing is not preferred, that can be skipped). The session is recorded and sent to you to continue on your own. You’ll continue to download and receive the energy with each listen.
